Abstract:
SECTION 6 OF THE RAILROAD UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ACT AND SECTION 9 OF THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT ACT REQUIRE RAILROAD WMPLOYERS TO REPORT SERVICE MONTHS AND COMPENSATION FOR EACH EMPLOYEE TO THE BOARD AS NEEDED FOR ADMINISTERING THE ACTS. THE ANNUAL REPORT PRESCRIBED IN 20 CFR 250.3 WILL OBTAIN CALENDAR YEAR SERVICE MONTHS AND COMPENSATION FOR EACH OF THE EMPLOYER'S EMPLOYEES.
