Abstract:
THE HVS PROVIDES QUARTERLY STATISTICS ON VACANCY RATES FOR RENTAL AND HOMEOWNER UNITS BY VARIOUS CHARCTERISTICS SUCH AS SIZE, FACILITIES, AN VALUE OF THE UNITS. THE STATISTICS ARE USED BY PUBLIC AND PRIVATE HOUSING AGENCIES IN FORMULATING HOUSING POLICIES.
