THE PRESIDENT'S "E" AND "E STAR" AWARD PROGRAM AFFORDS SUITABLE RECOGNITION TO U.S. FIRMS, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE CONTRIBUTED SIGNIFICANTLY IN THE EFFORT TO INCREASE U.S. EXPORTS.
