Abstract:
IRC SECTIONS 6011 REQUIRE INDIVIDUALS TO PREPARE AND FILE INCOME TAX RETURNS ANNUALLY. THIS FORM IS USED BY INDIVIDUALS TO REPORT THEIR INCOME SUBJECT TO TAX AND COMPUTE THEIR CORRECT TAX LIABILITY. THE DATA IS USED TO HELP VERIFY THAT THE ITEMS REPORTED ON THE FORM ARE CORRECT AND ALSO FOR GENERAL STATISTICS USE.
