FORM USED TO OBTAIN DISCLOSURE OF AND INFORMATION CONCERNING THE INVESTMENT DISCRETION EXERCISED BY CERTAIN INVESTMENT MANAGERS OVER ACCOUNTS IN EQUITY SECURITIES. FORM DEVELOPED TO IMPLEMENT THE DISCLOSURE MANDATED BY SECTION 13 (F) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 WHICH REQUIRES THE COMMISSION TO ASSESS THE IMPACT AND INFLUENCE OF INSTITUTIONAL INVESTMENT MANAGERS ON THE SECURITIES MARKETS.
