REPORT COLLECTS BANLANCE SHEET INFORMATION FROM ALL STATE MEMBER BANKS THAT HAVE (1) ONLY DOMESTIC OFFICES, (2) CONSOLIDATED ASSETS OF LESS THAN $100 MILLION, AND (3) ELECTED TO FILE THIS REPORT RATHER THAN THE STANDARD REPORT DESIGNATED AS FFIEC 012. THIS REPORT, WHICH PROVIDES DETAILS ON ASSETS, LIABILITIES, AND EQUALITY CAPITAL ACCOUNTS, IS THE BASIC SOURCE OF DATA FOR REGULATORY, SUPERVISORY, POLICY-MAKING AND ANALYTICAL PURPOSES.
