ORGANIZATIONS WANTING TO BE EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAX UNDER IRC SECTION 501(A) AS ORGANIZATIONS DESCRIBED UNDER MOST PARAGRAPHS OF SECTION 501(C) MUST APPLY TO IRS FOR A DETERMINATION OR RULING. GROUP LEGAL SERVICES PLANS DESCRIBED IN SEC. 120 MUST APPLY FOR A DETERMINATION BY FILING FORM 1024.
