FEDERAL AVIATION ACT OF 1958, SECTION 601 (49 USC 1421) AUTHORIZES THE ISSUANCE OF REGULATIONS GOVERNING INSPECTION, SERVING, AND OVERHAUL OF AIRCRAFT ENGINES, PROPELLERS AND APPLIANCES. 14 CFR 43 PRESCRIBES REGULATIONS THAT IMPLEMENT SECTION 601. INFORMATION COLLECTED SHOWS COMPLIANCE.
