REGULATIONS 12B (17 CFR 240.12B-1 THROUGH 240.12B-36) PROVIDES INSTRUC TIONS AND THE PROCEDURES TO BE FOLLOWED BY PERSONS FILING REGISTRATION STATEMENTS AND REPORTS UNDER THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934.
