Abstract:
APPLICATION FOR SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION ORDER EXEMPTING AN INDENTURE QUALIFIED UNDER THE TRUST INDENTURE ACT OF 1939 FROM CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ACT. THE INFORMATION IS USED TO DECIDE WHETHER COMPLIANCE WITH THE ACT WOULD BE AN UNDUE BURDEN ON THE COMPANY, IS NOT NECESSARY FOR THE PROTECTION OF INVESTORS OR WOULD REQUIRE THE CONSENT OF THE SECURITY HOLDERS.
