THE INFORMATION IS COLLECTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND PROVIDED TO THE BUREAU OF LABOR STATISTICS FOR USE IN COMPUTING THEIR CONSMER AND PRODUCER PRICE INDICES.
