RULE 30B2-1 REQUIRES THE FILING WITH THE COMMISSION OF FOUR COPIES OF EVERY PERIODIC OR INTERIM REPORT TRANSMITTED BY OR ON BEHALF OF ANY REGISTERED INVESTMENT COMPANY TO ITS SHAREHOLDERS AND ESSENTIAL TO THE COMMISSION'S ABILITY TO EFFECTIVELY MONITOR THE ACTIVITIES OF SUCH COMPANIES WITHOUT UNDUE TIME AND EXPENSE.
