FNS NEEDS APPLICANTS' GROSS AND FOOD SALES VOLUMES AND STATEMENT OF WHETHER STAPLE FOODS ARE MORE THAN HALF OF ELIGIBLE FOOD SALES TO DECIDE WHETHER THE APPLICANTS SHOULD BE AUTHORIZED. FNS USES SALES VOLUME WITH OTHER DATA TO DETECT THE POSSIBILITY OF VIOLATIONS OF THE RULES.
