Abstract:
THE PBP PROVIDES THE BASIS FOR THE STATES APPLICATION FOR GRANT FUNDS FOR THE COMING FISCAL YEAR, IT ENABLES A STATE TO PLAN A YEAR'S ACTIVI BASED UPON TARGETS ISSUED BY ETA, IT PROVIDES INFORMATION TO FEDERAL STAFF ON THE STATES' COMMITTMENT REGARDING PLANNED PERFORMANCE FOR THE COMING FISCAL YEAR AND PROVIDES A BASIS FOR THE MONITORING AND REVIEW OF SESA ACTIVITIES.
