Abstract:
THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENT IS AUTHORIZED BY SECTION 521 OF P.L. 95-87. THIS PROVISION REQUIRES THE REGULATORY AUTHORITY T MAINTAIN INSPECTION RECORDS FOR PUBLIC REVIEW. THIS IS NECESSARY TO MEET THE PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PROVISIONS OF THE ACT. PUBLIC REVIEW ASSURES THE PUBLIC THAT THE STATE IS MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS FO THE ACT AND THE APPROVED REGULATORY PROGRAM.
