THIS PERMITTING PROGRAM APPLIES TO ALL MAJOR NEW OR MODIFIED SOURCES LOCATING IN CLEAN AREAS OF THE COUNTRY. THIS INFORMATION IS USED TO DETERMINE IF A SOURCE IS CAUSING SIGNIFICANT DETERIORATION OF AIR QUALITY. ALL APPLICABLE SOURCES NEED THIS PERMIT TO BE ALLOWED TO CONSTRUCT.
