Abstract:
A FINANCIAL AND REPORTING REPORT NEEDED BY THE COMMISSION TO CARRY OUT ITS REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THE ICC ACT, SECTION 20 AS IT RELATES TO OIL PIPELINE COMPANIES (CARRIERS BY PIPELINE-OIL). TO BE USED TO ESTABLISH RATES, IN RATE PROCEEDINGS, IN FORMAL INVESTIGATIONS FINANCIAL AUDITS AND CONTINUOUS REVIEW OF THE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF THE OIL PIPELINES WHIH ARE REGULATED BY THE COMMISSION.
