REGULATION A PROVIDES A GENERAL EXEMPTION TO THE REGISTRATION PROVISIO OF THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933 WHICH MAY BE USED BY A VARIETY OF ISSUER TO RAISE UP TO $1.5 MILLION WORTH OF SECURITIES DURING ANY TWELVE MONTH PERIOD.
