INFORMTION WILL BE COLLECTED ON PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESS INTERESTS SEEKING STATUTORY OR ADMINISTRATIVE BENEFITS, I 19 SEPARATE AREAS. SUCH INFOMATION WILL BE USED TO DENY OR GRANT PERMITS AND IDENTIFY APPROPRIATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AUTHORIZED ACTIVITY.
