Abstract:
APPLICANTS FOR PCB DISPOSAL PERMITS MUST PROVIDE A SAMPLING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN AS WELL AS AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT TO EPA WITH THEIR APPLICATIONS. EPA USES THE INFORMATION TO EVALUATE THE ABILITY OF THE FACILITY TO DISPOSE OF THE PCBS SAFELY.
