Abstract:
THIS REGULATION SETS FORTH AGENCY RESPONSIBILITY FOR GATHERING CREDIT AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION, ANALYZING CREDIT NEEDS AND REFERRING BORRROWERS FOR GRADUATION TO OTHER CREDIT SOURCES. AFFECTED PUBLIC INCLUDES INDIVIDUALS AND HOUSEHOLDS, STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, FARMS BUSINESSES AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS.
