SOURCE SHALL RECORD CONTINUOUS MONITORING OUTPUT FOR OPACITY, SO2, NOX AND EITHER OXYGEN OR CARBON DIOXIDE, SUBMIT SO2 AND NOX DATA FOR EACH 24 HOUR PERIOD AND REPORT ALL EXCESS EMISSIONS QUARTERLY. SOURCE MUST SUBMIT A QUARTERLY IF FUEL PRETREATMENT IS CLAIMED. IF THE DATA FALLS BELOW A CERTAIN LEVEL, SOURCE MUST SUBMIT.
