INFORMATION USED TO DETERMINE TENANT ELIGIBILITY AND TO COMPUTE RENT CONTRIBUTIONS ANNUALLY FOR ALL APPLICANTS AND TENANTS OCCUPYING HUD-SUBSIDIZED AND PUBLIC HOUSING UNITS. INFORMATION ALSO USED TO COLLECT INFORMATION ON CITIZENSHIP STATUS OF OCCUPANTS IN ORDER TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY FOR HOUSING ASSISTANCE.
