PROGRAM ALLOWS ORGANIZATIONS TO APPLY FOR COMMERCE CERTIFICATION OF TRADE FAIRS THEY WANT TO OPERATE AS PRIVATE SECTOR INTIATIVE, BUT WITH GOVERNMENT SUPPORT (NON FINANCIAL).
