Abstract:
PROVIDES DATA TO ESTIMATE TOTAL MILK PRODUCTION , NUMBERS OF MILK COWS, AND PRODUCTION OF MANUFACTURED DAIRY PRODUCT IN ALL STATES. ESTIMATES ARE USED BY USDA IN PRICE SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR MILK AND TO APPRAISE SUPPLIES, PRICES, AND TRENDS IN THE DAIRY INDUSTRY.
