Abstract:
PERSONS MAY REQUEST PERMITS TO ALLOW THEM TO CONDUCT ACTIVITIES WHICH WOULD OTHERWISE BE PROHIBITED IN A NATIONAL MARINE SANCTUARY. THIS INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE IF THE PROPOSED ACTIVITY IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH LONG-TERM SANCTUARY MANAGEMENT GOALS.
