Abstract:
TO COMPLY WITH MARINE GAME FISH RESEARCH ACT (PL 86-359). USED TO ASSESS ANNUAL TREND IN CATCH RATE FOR BILLFISH IN THE PACIFIC BY RECREATIONAL FISHERMAN, AND THE EFFECTS OF CATCHES ON THE DOMESTIC FLEET BY FOREIGN LONGLINE FLEET OPERATIONS.
