THE CHILD RESISTANT PACKAGING ACT REQUIRES CHILD-RESISTANT CONTAINERS FOR PESTICIDES TO PROTECT AGAINST SERIOUS ILLNESS OR INJURY FROM ACCIDENTAL INGESTION OR CONTACT WITH THE PRODUCT. EPA REVIEWS THE INFORMATION TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THIS PROGRAM.
