Abstract:
REGULATIONS PROVIDE FOR NON-FEDERAL USE OF BLM ADMINISTERED LAND VIA LEASE, PERMIT OR EASEMENT. ANTICIPATED USES INCLUDE AGRICULTURE, TRADE AND MANUFACTURING CONCERNS AND BUSINESS USES SUCH AS OUTDOOR RECREATION CONCESSION. BLM WILL DETERMINE THE VALIDITY OF USES PROPOSED BY PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS AND OTHER QUALIFIED PROPONENTS FROM INFORMATION PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE PROPONENT.
