Abstract:
INFORMATION USED TO DETERMINE TENANT ELIGIBILITY AND TO COMPUTE RENT CONTRIBUTIONS ANNUALLY FOR ALL APPLICANTS AND TENANTS OCCUPYING HUD-SUBSIDIZED AND PUBLIC HOUSING UNITS. INFORMATION ON LINES 14, 15 AND 18 WILL BE USED TO COLLECT INFORMATION ON CITIZENSHIP/ALIEN STATUS FOR APPLICANTS AND TENANTS TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY FOR HOUSING ASSISTANCE.
