THE FEDERAL POWER ACT REQUIRES EACH UTILITY WHICH HAS SALES FOR RESALE OR TRANSMITS ENERGY IN INTERSTATE COMMERCE TO FILE THE RATE SCHEDULES FOR SUCH SALES, TOGETHER WITH RELATED CONTRACTS AND SERVICE CONDITIONS WITH THE FERC. SUPPORTING DATA IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE THE REASONABLENESS OF THE RATE.
