Abstract:
IF IT APPEARS TO THE HOLDER OF AN OPERATING LICENSE FOR A NUCLEAR POWE UNIT THAT ANY NRC OR OTHER GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE IS UNFIT FOR DUTY WHEN IN THE VITAL AREAS OF THE NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, THAT PERSON SHALL BE PROVIDED IMMEDIATE, ESCORTED ACCESS AND THE LICENSE HOLDER SHALL IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THE APPROPRIATE NRC REGIONAL ADMINISTRATOR OR OTHER GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL.
