Abstract:
MEDICAID STATE AGENCIES SUBMIT THIS FORM QUARTERLY TO HCFA TO REPORT THEIR ACTUAL PROGRAM AND ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENDITURES. THE FORM IS BEING REVISED TO INCLUDE DATA ON THE MADICAID OVERPAYMENT REPORTING SYSTEM, WAIVERS, THIRD PARTY LIABILITY RECOVERY PROCEDURE BILLING OFFSET, AND PERSONAL CARE SERVICES.
