Abstract:
THE CERTIFICATION AND REPORTING FORMS WILL BE USED BY LANDHOLDERS ON RECLAMATION PROJECTS TO ESTABLISH THEIR COMPLIANCE WITH ACREAGE LIMITATION LAW, PURSUANT TO THE RECLAMATION REFORM ACT OF 1982 AND 43 CFR 426. THE VERIFICATION FORMS WILL BE USED BY LANDHOLDERS ON RECLAMATION PROJECTS TO VERIFY THAT INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED CERTIFICATION OR REPORTING FORMS REMAINS ACCURATE
