RESPONDENTS PROVIDE IN QUARTERLY INCREMENTS THE ANNUAL COMPLIANCE STATUS FOR EACH MAJOR SOURCE OF AIR POLLUTION. THEY ALSO SUPPLY INFORMATION ON STATE ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS AND INSPECTIONS. EPA USES TH INFORMATION TO ASSESS PROGRESS IN MEETING AIR QUALITY STANDARDS. ATTAINMENT OF THE STANDARDS.
