THIS TELEPHONE SOLICITATION IS BEING MADE BECAUSE THE RESPONDENTS WHO COMMENTED ON RELEASE NO. 33-6514 DID NOT GIVE SUFFICIENT INFORMATION ON COST-BENEFITS OF THE PROPOSED RULE CHANGES DESCRIBED IN THE RELEASE TO PERMIT THE STAFF TO ASSESS THE IMPACT OF THE CHANGES ON THE REPORTI POPULATION.
