Terms of Clearance:
The existing clearance for the current PBGC Form 1 is continued through January 1988. The paperwork package received by OMB on 1/03/85 that incorporates changes to the PBGC Form 1 required by the proposed rule, "Payment of Premiums," is not approved at this time, however. OMB will approve a revised PBGC Form 1 when the proposed implementing rule is made final. To take into account possible changes in the form as a result of comments received for the proposed rule, PBGC will submit a new paperwork package with the final rule.
