PUBLIC LAW 95-507 REQUIRES THAT CONTRACTS OVER $500,000 ($1 MILLION FOR CONSTRUCTION) CONTAIN A SUBCONTRACTING PLAN WITH GOALS FOR FIRMS. THIS REPORT IS USED BY EACH EXECUTIVE AGENCY TO MONITOR THE FIRM'S PERFORMANCE AGAINST THE GOASL IN ITS PLAN. SMALL DISADVANTAGED FIRMS.
