Abstract:
CONTRACTORS WITH COST-REIMBUSABLE EPA CONTRACTS SUBMIT CERTAIN INFORMATION TO THE AGENCY UNDER THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATIONS. EPA USES THE INFORMATION IN AUDITING THE CLAIM AND IN RECONCILING PAYMENTS WITH ALLOWABLE, ALLOCABLE AND REASONABLE COSTS.
