NOT LATER THAN 270 DAYS AFTER DATE OF ENACTMENT, ANY HAZARDOUS WASTE WHICH IS PART OF A TOTAL QUANTITY GENERATED BY A GENERATOR GENERATING GREATER THAN 100 KILOGRAMS BUT LESS THAN 1,000 KILOGRAMS IN ONE MONTH AND WHICH IS SHIPPED OFF THE PREMISES MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A COPY OF THE EPA UNIFORM HAZARDOUS MANIFEST FORM.
