STATE MEMBER BANKS ARE REQUIRED TO FILE DETAILED SCHEDULES OF ASSETS, LIABILITIES, AND CAPITAL ACCOUNTS IN THE FORM OF A CONDITION REPORT AN SUMMARY STATEMENT, DETAILED SCHEDULE OF OPERATING INCOME AND EXPENSE, SOURCES AND DISPOSITION OF INCOME, AND CHANGES IN THE EQUITY CAPITAL IN THE FORM OF AN INCOME STATEMENT, AND A VARIETY OF SUPPORTIN SCHEDULES.
