This request is approved subject to the following conditions: 1. The questionnaire to be used will be the revised instruments submitted on January 8 and January 27. 2. OMB will be provided opportunity to review the final questionnaire with skip patterns and check items before printing. 3. Census will provide results from this information collection to OMB as soon as available in order that the results may be discussed at the Federal Agency Council in January 1987.
