Abstract:
THE SECRETARY OF EDUCATION MUST DETERMINE WHETHER POSTSECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS MEET THE STATUTORY AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENT FOR ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY FOR FUNDING FOR PROGRAMS AUTHORIZED BY THE HIGHER EDUCATION ACT OF 1965, AS AMENDED. THE SECRETARY USES THE INFORMATION COLLECTED ON THIS FORM TO DETERMINE THE ELIGIBILITY OF THESE INSTITUTIONS.
