INFORMATION UNDER 7 CFR PART 70 IS NEEDED FROM USERS OF POULTR GRADING PROGRAM WHEN REQUESTING SERVICE AND BENEFITS, AND NEEDED BY AGENCY TO ADMINISTER THE VOLUNTARY PROGRAM, TO CALCULATE COST AND TO BILL FOR COST OF SERVICE PROVIDED.
