Abstract:
THIS SUBMISSION IS AN AMENDMENT TO PBGC'S REGULATION ON PAYMENT OF PREMIUMS AND AN ADDENDUM TO PBGC FORM 1 THAT PROVIDES FOR THE PREMIUM INCREASE THAT WAS ENACTED BY CONGRESS EFFECTIVE FOR 1986 PLAN YEARS. THIS PAPERWORK AND FORM 1 HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN APPROVED FOR USE THROUGH 03/31/88 (OMB 1212-0009).
