Abstract:
THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION IMPLEMENTS SECTION 12(B) OF THE TOXIC SUBSTANCES CONTROL ACT (TSCA). EXPORTS OF CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES MUST BE REPORTED IF SUCH SUBSTANCES ARE THE SUBJECT OF REGULATORY ACTIONS UNDER CERTAIN OTHER SECTIONS OF TSCA. EXPORTERS MUST REPORT THE FIRST ANNUAL EXPORT OF A REGULATED CHEMICAL TO EACH COUNTRY. THE INFORMATIO IS USED TO NOTIFY FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS OF EPA ACTIONS WITH RESPECT TO
