Abstract:
THE DEPARTMENT, SHIPPERS, CARRIERS AND OWNERS OF PORTABLE TANKS AND CARGO TANKS USES THESE REQUIREMENTS TO VERIFY THAT THE INSPECTION, TESTING, AND MAINTENANCE STANDARDS SET FORTH IN THE REGULATIONS ARE ME AND THAT THESE CONTAINERS ARE SAFE FOR CONTINUED USE IN HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SERVICE.
