Abstract:
IN THE EVENT A LICENSEE FILES FOR BANKRUPTCY, THE LICENSEE MUST NOTIFY THE NRC SO THE AGENCY CAN TAKE APPROPRIATE MEASURES TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY. A LICENSEE NEED TAKE NO ACTION UNTIL COMMENCEMENT OF A PROCEEDING NAMING THE LICENSEE AS DEBTOR UNDER TITLE 11 (BANKRUPTCY), U.S. CODE.
