Abstract:
THE COLLECTION OF DATA IS NEEDED TO PROVIDE CONGRESS WITH REPORTS ON THE NUMBER AND INCOME LEVELS OF HOUSEHOLDS ASSISTED BY THE LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LIHEAP). THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF STATE TERRITORIAL AND TRIBAL AGENCIES ADMINISTERING LIHEAP.
