THE FPA REQUIRES EACH UTILITY WHICH HAS SALES FOR RESALE OR TRANSMITS ENERGY IN INTERSTATE COMMERCE TO FILE THE RATE SCHEDULES FOR SUCH SALE TOGETHER WITH RELATED CONTRACTS AND SERVICE CONDITIONS WITH THE FERC. SUPPORTING DATA IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE THE REASONABLENESS OF RATE.
